Upstream is our weekly environment created especially for your kids in grades Primary - Grade 5.
In Upstream, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care.

How do I register my child?

To pre-register for Puddles, please click this link and follow the prompts.

When do I drop my child off?

Every child will need to be checked in at our Kid's check-in desk. The desk opens 15 minutes before the start of the gathering, so you should expect to leave your child with us at 9:15 for our 9:30 AM gathering, or 10:45 for our 11 AM gathering. Child pick-up is to take place immediately after the gathering is over. 

My child isn’t feeling well.

Should they still attend Upstream? 

Children who show signs of illness, including fever, vomiting, or other signs of contagious illness, should be confirmed symptom-free and fever-free at least 24 hours before attending.

What kind of training do the youth leaders undergo?

Every volunteer is trained and has passed a Vulnerable Sector Background Check with local authorities. We also have a strict check-in and check-out process to ensure the safety of your child. 

My child has allergies or other special needs for care. What should I do? 

Please notify us at check-in of any allergies or special behavioural needs so that we can best assist your child. When dropping off your child for service, please communicate any needs with that group leader as well. 

We do not typically serve snacks on Sundays. Food and beverages are not allowed in the care rooms unless noted otherwise. Babies are permitted a labelled bottle with instructions to small group leaders in the room.

How will you reach me if my child needs me? 

If you provide us with your cell number at registration, the leader in the room will text you to come for your child. If you decline, or we otherwise cannot reach you, our guest experience team will do their best to find you.
